Everything else: the breakfast buffet is wonderful, it has everything you can drink and schedule is 3 hours, great. cleaning too. privileged situation of course, that's why I took it, this is already supposed to be in the choice of this hotel. communication with the center is a breeze: walking to the center (downhill about 10-12 min. by microbus when returning to the hotel. We didn't touch the car during the stay, we left it for free at the cemetery. bed is extraordinary with 2 meters width and there is no noise, it is great. If I go back to Granada I will take it again (or the Guadalupe el Alixares because they are together).
Maybe the cafeteria is a decoration when it closes at 3 p.m. However, I only needed it at night to have a drink before going to sleep and I went every day to the one at the ALIXARES hotel next door, without any problem.

Liked rich and complimentary breakfasts!!
Wonderful relaxing hotel, spotlessly clean, service-minded staff and the beds were comfortable. The location was decent and I could use public parking close to the venue. The room itself was well-equipped and brand-new and had absolutely superb views of the hills and orchard. The service was excellent, including the good onsite restaurant.

I appreciated the spacious room and its proximity to the Alhambra. Although I noticed some noise from plumbing, the helpful staff enhanced my experience overall.

The location near the Alhambra is unbeatable 🏰 It made our explorations so easy. The noise from the plumbing kept us awake at night. Worth considering for a short stay in Granada!

breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly, especially Manolo, room service manager. parking lot is very good, in a guarded indoor parking and with card access.
We hired the hotel because it advertises with a pool. IT'S A LIE. THERE IS NO POOL. The receptionist told us that the same thing has happened to many people. There were no toilet brushes in the rooms, I asked for them and they didn't take the request. The person in charge of the cleaning, very politely offered to clean the toilet as many times as necessary. PLEASE, PUT IN BRUSHES THAT WE ARE HUMAN AND IT IS NOT A MATTER OF CALLING THE CLEANING SERVICE AFTER LOSING WEIGHT EVERY MORNING. The bathtub although wide has no use, since they have removed the cap so you can not bathe and also have blocked the tap of the same, so at 47 º and no pool, you can only take a shower and can not even enjoy a small bath of fresh water. In the toilet there is little light, not enough to shave with a razor.

Excellent location next to the Alhambra entrance! Quiet and peaceful. Nice walk in the woods of Alhambra to downtown or to the Albaicin area. Value for money - room was huge compared.
The water pipes are rather noisy when using the bathroom.

Overall it is very good, room very clean, perfect location (very close to the alhambra) incredible quality/price, food in the restaurant very tasty. We had the check in at 14, we went almost an hour before and they gave us the room without any problem, reception was very kind and attentive. room is spacious and very clean, with air conditioning (essential in the middle of August in Granada) and a fridge. As for the food in the restaurant, it was very good, we didn't know whether to order the pizza but in the end we left very happy and satisfied. only problem we had was that there were some mosquitoes in the room, they gave us a spray that we put on before taking a walk and everything was fine, no more mosquitoes in sight. Then they asked us for the room number to see if there were still any or if it was just a one-time thing.
All right.
